  • Allocation/Distribution of new merchandise relevant to Store Profile. Maintaining and ensuring optimum stock levels: 100% of store capacity. Maintain the number of Lines required in each store

Job Description:
We are looking for a result-oriented, hands-on SEM expert. The incumbent will be responsible for Search Engine Marketing (Paid Search on Google & Bing) and will manage large digital spends.

This is an individual contributor role. Team management may be involved at a later stage.

Core responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management – Result-oriented, hands-on management of online advertising campaigns, primarily Google AdWords campaign (search, GDN & remarketing)
  • Product Knowledge - Developing a deep understanding the product offerings & competitive landscape
  • Keyword Research –Identifying relevant keywords for bidding, and consistently updating the keywords list, including negative keywords

  • Media Planning & Strategy - Creating the paid media plan and strategy
  • Campaign Structuring - Conceptualizing campaigns & structuring them

Experience & Skills Required:

Position: Senior Manager – Legal   Function:Finance, Legal, HR and support   Industry:Retail


Job Description

  • Managing all the legal affairs of the Company including representing the company in judicial/ quasi judicial proceedings.
  • Legal vetting of all contracts, agreements, MOU, NDA, POA including contracts and agreements.
  • Liasioning with advocates various legal issues.
  • Responsible for proper documentation executed by the company with various vendors, franchisee, and other service providers.
  • Overseeing all types of legal matters of the company including consumer matters, Labour cases, litigation, IPR etc.
  • Reply of legal notices and attend the matters at different forums including Excise, Customs, High Courts, MRTP Commission, Industrial Tribunals, Labour commissioner, State or Central commission, Consumer forums etc.
  • Ensuring compliance to all rules and regulations with agencies like RBI, SEBI, ROC, MCA and such other bodies as may be required.
  • Developing and implementing compliance policies, processes and procedures.
  • Advising Management on critical legal issues.

Position – Manager – Order Processing and Management   Function:Operations/Supply chain   Industry:Ecommerce


Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy of sales order processing.
  • Generating reports on the various phases of an Order’s cycle
  • Proficiently resolve order related customer issues within the SLA as per the company’s policies
